Our doors were first opened in 1948 by Mr.Alan Anderson in the front room of his mother's house at 215 Moston Lane East, and in 1951 moved a few doors down to number 209, where you will still find us today.
In 1972 Dr.David O'Neill took over the reins and remained here for over forty years, before retiring in 2012.
In 2009 the practice expanded its premises and now occupies 209 and 211 Moston Lane East.
In April 2012 Dr.Andrew Halford, Dr.Victoria Macdonald and Mr.Maxwell O'Neill started a new partnership with over 31 years of combined service at New Moston Dental.
In September 2018 Dr Andrew Halford retired from New Moston Dental and Dr Victoria Macdonald and Mr Maxwell O'Neill continue their partnership.

Dr. Macdonald has worked at New Moston Dental since graduating in 2006. Over the years she has done various training courses to expand her skill set within and beyond dentistry. Outside of New Moston Dental she enjoys to experiment in the kitchen for her family and friends, and occasionally the staff!
Dr Macdonald is a mother to two beautiful girls, she also loves animals and has two dogs and a cat.

Dr Barrett joined New Moston Dental in September 2018. She has become an instant hit with her patients due to her welcoming smile and excellent chair side manner.
She is keen to develop her skills and is looking forward to offering her patients a wider range of treatment options.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys horse riding and travelling.

first joined New Moston Dental as a trainee dental nurse and receptionist after
he qualified from university, so he has been able to learn how the place works
from the ground up. A few years later he
came back a qualified dental therapist with an award in patient management.
Mr O'Neill has since taken a step away from clinical dentistry to concentrate on practice management and compliance.
He is a proud father to his two daughters and enjoys collecting interesting and unusual objects.
